Our Team

Pete Zayachek – President Pete has twenty-eight years in heavy industry, including foundries, power plants and paper mills. He has sixteen years in supervision from floor level to mill wide management. Pete has a BS in Materials Sciences.

Mike Zayachek – Vice President Mike has seventeen years experience as a field millwright, welder and rigger. Ten of these have been in a management capacity. Mike was educated at SUNY/Canton, NY; is a certified master-rigger; and has formal training in construction productivity, estimating and supervision.
